Premier League Trophy

On Monday 17th June, two year 6 boys and one year 5 boy travelled with Mr Rickard to Southampton Hospital to hold the premier league trophy. It all started when Miss Buxton mentioned that three lucky winners would be able to go to lift the premier league trophy. All the names of the boys’ football team were put in a hat and three people were picked out. We left at 1pm and arrived at 2pm. When we got there, the trophy was in reception. The reason why the trophy was in the hospital was because Barclays was trying to raise money for the hospital, so to hold the four stone trophy, we had to pay £2.50 as a donation towards the hospital.

We would like to thank Mr Rickard for taking us on an experience we will never forget.
