On Tuesday 12th November, a Fabulous Foraged Food Evening was held at school. We were treated to delicious charcuterie, food demonstrations showcasing locally sourced and foraged ingredients, and even a foraged mushroom auction!
An amazing £700 was raised, which will be used specifically for food related projects within the school.
We thank Mary Reader, founder of the Christchurch Food Festival, and James Golding, executive chef at The Pig, for donating their time and talents to this special evening. It was interesting, enjoyable, fun and very social. Thank you to the PTA and parents who organised this successful event.
